A common false assumption is the Flu shot prevents the Flu it doesn't, The vaccine lessens the severity of the symptoms if you do get the Flu. The effectiveness varies according to which strain you get, how closely it matches the strains in the vaccine, and the strength of your immune system.

Given that correct information, I am not sure previous strains of the virus are even worth that effort.
Haven't got this year's shot.. Didn't sucomb to last seasons version but I sure caught it and held on to it for a week anyway. WITH the shot.
Be washing hands and not touching anything for the next 3 months or so. HeHe
Feel better soon Fido, there's Saito's to wrench on!

Cant remember... I just laquered a wing in my basement.
Enjoying the confusion and giggling like a little girl.
Until the crash and splitting headache set in.

Burning hemp around em bumms them out too. But that make your eyes red and appetite for junk food overwhelming.
And tends to get the timing tooth on the cam off by one or two teeth, which leads to even more confusion about if I forgot anything really important in there in the first place.
Circle jerk to to the land of diminished returns.
On second thought, put the screens in the windows and keep the doors shut till the permafrost kacks the little rascals. Then ventilate the basement and wear a respirator when cracking the can lid on the nitrocellulose container.
Before the giggling starts, and the headache results.
For my Saito's anywho...life is simple if we slow down a bit and laugh at it.
HeHe.

Well got the 50 carb on the 45. Over reved the first run on a 10-6. Broke a tappet adjustment screw.
fixed that then installed a 12-6 and ran that up to 9350. Still need to adjust the low speed.
yeah these guys that say oh “all got to do is put a 50 cam in err and it will be awesome “ I am he to tell you that an’t that easy.
glowy fixes the lifter issue. I expanded the pushrod tube to make room for the lifter.

Good morning Saito Bud's, thanks for the kind words. The CHI for the Saito 65 came yesterday, it's different and note what is written on the sensor. It's supposed to work on 6 to 12 volts. More about that later.

CHI for Saito 65.

Mounted and set for 30 btdc
I switched to bigger box one, the spark on this one I pictured is anemic like the Saito Ignitiion box is.

This box makes an audible snap when it sparks, with the RinkyDinkxl look alike the spark is neither audible nor very visible, I have to hold my hand over the plug for shade in order to see it.

Acdii, did you ever get that TF 60 size P51 back in the air with the saito 125? I read the entire 135 pg. thread here on rcu. Interesting, most are running larger engines than my 100. I wonder why, it flies great with the 100 and AUW is only 9.75 lbs. I bought a preowned FG21 for it anticipating it would need more power but I think I'll stick with the 100 and may put the fg21 back on the market.

Well the monster 45 is all turned and ready to ship out. Last number was a 12-6 at 9630.
and idle to be determined. I really need to get a servo on the throttle so I don’t have to do two things at once.

glowy sent a pm

Flew it twice with the 125 and it flew great. I have issues with getting it started last time I brought it out, so haven't flown it in 2 years.

Maidened mine twice Friday. Maiden #1 the right aileron locked in the full up position. Maiden #2 the saito 100 quit at low altitude and the gear wouldn't come down. Lots of fun. I managed to keep it in one piece so it was a good day.

Not sure but I think the engine quit because the pressure line moved over in front of the carb throat during the high G maneuver.

BTW, the high G maneuver was a very aggresive bank and yank and it didn't snap out like it did to you. Maybe you were correct when you said your elevator had too much throw. High speed stall.

Or play country and western music backwards, so you get the truck, your dog, and the ex wife back.

Reminds me of an old boss I had once. He had been married 6 times but only had 4 ex wives. He married two of them twice. What got me is what made him think it would work better the second time around? He obviously wasn't good at learning from his mistakes.

Either that or he was just an ahole and they couldn't put up with him. Maybe he needed some Saito in his life.
