Wren Turbines USA
Wren Turbines and Ron Ballard are pleased to announce the formation of Wren Turbines USA. Ron is a friend of ours who has been flying Wren engines for several years. He has spent the last week at the Wren factory, learning how to service our engines, and will now be offering sales and service on Wren engines in the USA. Ron posts on RCU as No1 and is well-known to many US jet fliers. We welcome him to the team and look forward to many happy new customers in the USA.

Treadstone,
No, that wasn't Ron, that was Bruce Hanson who is responsible for our other US operation, Wren Marine. Alan Cardash and Bruce visited the Wren factory the day before the NATs and when we realised what a strong background he has in RC Boats (although he flies planes as well) he was the clear choice for our marine engines.
Mike,
Ron lives in Indiana, so he is in the middle of the USA.

Yes, Ron Ballard is in Indiana. He saved my 54II with a new starter motor awhile ago. Its going to be nice to have someone here in the US for those who favor Wren turbines.

Congradualtions Ron,
I bet the new shop will be filled with all kinds of neat stuff in the near future. I hope you built it large enough.
I look forward to stopping by the next time I come to Ft Wayne or Decatur.

Dave here, we met at winnymac....I just received my ELAN today. Ron is setting me up with a super sport, and will start on it soon.
All....
Ron is very busy right now as you can imagine. His facility is located near the Ohio-Indy border, southeast of Fort Wayne, near Decatur.
Ron has been very instrumental in my modeling return over the last few years, and is an Outstanding builder. He is a natural scratch builder, and is going to do an outstanding job for WREN. I am very excited about his opportunity, and for the WREN USA banner. Besides being an amazing jet rally cook and best of all my friend.
Congratulations Ron and Wren....
