Carbon blocks radio signal, so unless it’s something which looks like carbon I wouldn’t bother. Better just to use some thinned finishing resin and spray to match a colour from you scheme.

I went with a different horn on the elevator but standard horns on all the other surfaces. Seen plenty flying with standard horns but it's your model so fit what you prefer.
