A cobra is a high alfa pitch up of the plane. Ie nose up tail down like a cobra rearing up. This model does not do this though

That is about the exact same thrust as the P60...

That is about the exact same thrust as the P60 which was in the demo model. I think it will be fine and you will benefit from less weight in the tail so you should be able to build the model lighter...
