Anyone used them? Got a helicopter from them. It was missing parts. They dont answer the phone. Can’t get a reply on email. Reordered the parts missing just out of frustration and now 2 days and no shipping confirmation. Does this company really suck this bad?

Funny. I just tried to email them. It keeps telling me there is an invalid text in the box. Apparently you can’t write to them either.

Almost 2 weeks. Still no answers. Re order the parts from someone else, turns out that was them too. At least they shipped it. I still can’t email or call them I would suggest using someone else. I won’t use them again.

I used them a few years ago with lackluster results. One item was backordered, never received, yet I was charged for it and I had to dispute it on my CC to get it resolved. They seemed to like to advertise products that are discontinued and claim they have it.

Always had good results. not very knowledgeable sales reps. but if your looking for unusual items and know exactly what you need no problem. Reasonable to very cheap shipping (including international). I find customer support has worked out very very well for me on my damaged item issues. need to be sure they actually have your item in stock because they will take a payment ship the in stock items and backorder the rest without much of an indication.

In the end. They did take good care of me. Ended up very happy and will continue using them.
