If only it wasn't hooben. Those guys probably have the very worst reputation of any RC tank manufacturer. If they're saying September I would look for it around June of next year.

I'd be a lot more excited if it wasn't from hooben. My rule with them is, never buy anything from them until you see at least three other guys on the Forum that have bought the tank and are happy...
