The other supplier of the 30cc version is Giant Model Products. However, they are currently out of stock. The Hobby King version does not come with oleo struts and I can tell you from experience...

You may want to try reinforcing the inside of the wheel pants with fiberglass cloth. Cut the cloth to fit, mix up some 30 minute epoxy, dilute the epoxy with alcohol, place the cloth in the desired...
