RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Have you changed the glowplug? If the engine vibrates in the transition from the idle it may be that the plug is too cold or worn out. Try a new OS-F glow plug.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

I think APC 15x6 or 14x8 would work best for your plane. On 10% nitro and 20% syntetic/ castor lube the APC 15x6 works very nice for me and pulls very well out off a hover on my UCD 60. The 16x4W is...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Thanks Jim,
I have now fitted the new bearings in my engine. Firstly the crankcase fit was extremely tight on the rear bearing and I had to use a lot of heating and force to remove the old one. My...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

I ran one tank on 0% nitro and it ran ok. I use 20% oil castor/synthetic in 50/50 ratio which I think helps alot for very good seal and gives high compression required to run low and 0% nitro fuels. ...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

I think the extra weight of the exhaust deflector will strain the threads on the muffler and the case. Also the exhaust from a fourstroke is much hotter than a twostroke and can burn up that silicone...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Hi,
I have a bearing question.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Hi, Have had a Saito 120, but for now only a NIB 82 and a 180. Both the 120 &180 has been easy starter. I never used a starter on them, only one or two backflips needed[sm=thumbup.gif][sm=wink.gif].
