You have to pull the liner out of the crankcase then the rod will have enough play to slip off the crank. You may have to heat the assembly a bit to get the liner to move. 5-10 minutes in a 300...

What rpms are you getting with a 16x10? I may need to try an MA 16x8...

Maybe I'll try an MA 16x10 3 blade. It's about $10 cheaper and like you said, I've got some break in time for Tower to get it here.....
