Don't use a drill, they are grabby and will lead off. Use a stepped prop reamer available at most hobby shops. Most of them have 1/4" first step and go 7mm, 8mm, 9mm. I think Saito 82...

Well that makes pretty good sense. I read that YS gas ports their new engines and offers to to the same to older engines (i.e. 91 AC) which I have. YS would be more sensitive to pressure...

Never heard of Corrosion X. Where do you get it? I know that my Saitos will use about anything. Bill recommends ATF Dexron Transmission fluid I believe. I have been using Hobby Lobby ARO.

It's going on a Showtime eventually. I wanted to test engine on a stand. Would the 16x8 be the lower limit up to say a 18x6? This is a monster compared to my other Saitos....

Tank is brand new. I plugged one line and blew threw the other line prior to fueling and starting engine. I'm guessing that there is a problem from the carb in. Engine runs and idles...

I have a silly question. I have a Saito 65 on a trainer. It seems to run ok, problem is that the HS needle can almost be removed. Being that it is a trainer and run at half throttle or less...

Thunderchild In reference to stuck valve on 82. I think it was the exhaust that stuck. My situation was a little different than yours. My best guess was that excessive fuel siphoned to the engine...
