Machine them shorter on the end that goes into the retract mechanism.

That is what I did.

Mine wieghs around 26 lbs with fuel
Fuel capacity is about 1 gallon.

The Falcon has the same dimensions as the BVM Bobcat and wieghs about the same as the Falcon with fuel.

My Falcon flys...

No....sorry....no plans to build a mold.

In the works are two sizes of drop tanks for smoke fluid. A 3 inch and a 4 inch diameter tank. Also making a composite pylon mount.

They will be...

Main tank is @ 80oz

Wing tanks are @ 20oz each

JUST PULL THEM OUT. THE GLUE THEY USE IS JUNK !!! FORMERS ARE JUNK TOO. I DONT HAVE FORMERS IN MINE. I RE-GLASSED THE INSIDE OF THE FUSE.

Yes, I make main tanks to order.

They are About 80oz. They fit into fuse easy !!!!

maybe just a couple ounces heayier than a juice bottle.

I wouldn't use a juice bottle.

The digitech gear was too light duty for my Falcon. I did no mods to the Digitech gear.

If you need them shortened, someone with a lathe can do it.

I bought the Comp-arf Eurosport Pro link...

I have a total of about 120oz of fuel

It gives me about 8 t0 9 minutes of flying.

I have a Titan SE lying around ......going to try it on the Falcon........see what kind of vertical I get...

I bought my wing tube from a company in Texas....sorry can't remember the name. I will get back to on that. I WOULD NOT GO CHEAP ON A CARBON TUBE !!

I used a 25mm carbon tube and sleeve combo.

Poly glue ?? What engine are you using?

I used west systems epoxy on my falcon 120.

Make sure you glue the leading edge inside the wing well so that it doesn't open up in flight. I seen...

Yes, I use A123's.........they are awesome...period!!! I never thought A123's would work so well. I use a CellPro 10s charger.

I didn't have to add any wieght anywhere for it to balance....
