I'm guessing they found a way to make it lighter to compete with BVM PnP. So ya, I see it says airex for the glass/foam/glass type layup.

I did similar as Ronnie did and cut the fins probably 3/4". I seemed to be getting into a landing mode at one point where I was applying too much elevator in the flare and banging the cone and fins...

Verbeelding, Flap setup on the G2 works very well for a slower landing regardless of whether you have elevon or conventional aileron. proper CG of course is key as well.

Steven, you don't have to use the big center tank...you could get something around 32oz or so and with the side tanks and have a good 6min flight easy on a 180 or similar. Big center tank + sides...

Got any pics? The top tank can be placed and used just fine with half bypass and inlet ducting. Seen it. No issue. Full bypass on this model is not necessary if that is causing the restriction....
