Here is a pic of my falcon with over 100 hrs of flight time. I would have to say it is holding up pretty good. It was built when this thread first started. George

I said to slpit the elevators ( cut in half ) so each half works independent of the other.

If you use two elevator servos and you have one fail you have a chance of getting the plane back. If you have one and it fails you get a crash. All of my high end jets have two elevator servos. Look...

I was one of the first few to put a Turbine in the Falcon and it is still going strong with hundred’s of flights on it. Great plane for the money.

Most turbine falcons are around 19 to 23 lbs wet. They fly great

Dave your cheapest gear is Spring Air with robo struts. They work well as long as you do not slam the plane on the runway or run off the end of the runway.

Airspeed I don’t think the weight will hurt you but get it balanced at 13in. I have a friend that had one with a p80 in it and it weighed 19 lbs and we fly at 5200 ft.

Keith start at the front of this thread and read it all, lots of good info. The falcon seems to fly best with a 12 to 14lb class turbine. George

I use Spectrum I have a JR 10X with the spectrum running three different jets and have the Futaba 9c with Spectrum running 5 electrics. They all work great and my data logger comes back clean after...

That plastic that they use for the canopy is Horrible. Schluter Used to use it in their Helicopter canopy's.
Their is nothing to keep it from cracking. How are you guys dealing with that. What are...
