Eventhough the G21-46 was originally designed for use without muffler pressure, you cannot go that low. About half that distance would be more like it.

Castor in the 18 to 20% range

On the 90 and based on where you live it is probably best to use 5%-10% nitro fuel from the hobby shop but get some with a little castor oil in it or add the castor...

What plugs are you running? If they are "cold" plugs you could be seeing your phenomena. Try one in the other engine

You have to remove the carb and look underneath with the throttle wide open. The low speed screw should extend half way across the spray bar opening

The K&B 61 model 6550 performs better with a 11-7 or 11-8 propeller. It likes the higher rpms.

The OS 46 FX is also an engine that likes higher rpms

Ed,

I sold my G90's down at Columbus when we last met. Don't have them anymore. I replaced them with Saitos. I still have those Magnum 108 Carbs. I sold the G90's with the original Super Tiger...
