My FA 100 prop nut has a groove that the lock nut fits into. This makes me feel uncomfortable using a nut and lock nut without this? This is one reason I've never looked further into a spinner and it...

Have you ran the mufflers yet? if so are they loud? I seen a link to those somewhere on here I think the guy lives in Baton Rouge, LA. area and I was thinking of trying one out for my FA 100.

I would wanna say its to rich, I was having same problem and my buddy out at the air feild suggested that I lean the low speed and it cured the dying when I suddenly hit the throttle from idle. :D

So its a 4 stroke, running on gasoline mixed with 2 cycle oil ? or is it a 2 stroke, with valves? HUMM??

I've heard a few guys at the air feild say that their saitos idle as low as a harley? I dont really think they have put a tach on it at idle though. Mine (saito 100) will idle at 1800 with onboard...

What tube are you pumping the fuel into? you should use the carb tube. The clunk(carb tube) is at the bottom of the tank and any fuel with pressure added to tank is coming out the clunk tube.
