Member number 229 checking back in!

I have run about 4 tanks thru my Saito 82. For break in, the High Speed was set at 4 turns out. I have adjusted it down to about 2 and three quarter turns...

I asked for help yesterday as my new Saito would not start. After checking the high speed needle, it was fully closed from the factory! the manual said "dont adjust" so I didnt. I assumed it was...

Hey Guys
I just bought a Cap 580 for my sons birthday, put a Saito 82 in it and we just finished it today. Took it outside to crank it and it just turns over, no starting.

I put a sullivan 12...
