I applied a little heat as N!EDM suggested and the lifter broke free. I oiled all parts thoroughly and have reassembled per the Saito manual. All the valves are moving and it has great compression....

I have already removed the cam/lifter housing. The valves are not stuck, they open and close freely. The lifters are actually stuck in the bores of the housing. I thought about using my...
