Jym,
The Spit is based in Temora so will not have to fly far but I don't know where the Boomerang is coming from. Probably Queensland I suspect. As far as I know the only fly by is over the parade...

G'day Peter,
The Tyabb airfield is about 50 k's southeast of Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsular. They hold a warbird airshow annually. The Temora Aviation Museum usually send several aircraft...

This one appears on the Victorian Flying Scale Aircraft Association home page.

Model is by Noel Whitehead. Span of 84" (2135mm) and 25lb (11.5kg) with a Super Tigre 3000 motor.
