Hi SkunkWerkz
You are welcome. These gears are my children, I design and assembly them. I hope they could all keep in one piece forever.

Hi SkunkWerkz
Sorry to hear you lost your F-16. Please send me the pictures of your gear, so that I can see which parts of gear should be replaced.
It is my pleasure to help you.

RE: s/m 1/6 f16 in my hot little hands!

Good job Andy[sm=thumbs_up.gif]! As Icepilot says, the best diameter of main tires are 100-103mm. 108mm are OK, but due to small area of contact surface, wearing rate will be high.
How can you post...

RE: s/m 1/6 f16 in my hot little hands!

The neutral position of elevator is about 7mm up measured at trailing edge and the throw of ailerons is measured at fuselage side.

RE: s/m 1/6 f16 in my hot little hands!

Hi Andy
I think the cylinders which I use in my F-16 are same as those Blackcat uses in his F-16.
I received this F-16 about one and half years ago for purpose of designing new version gear, I...

RE: s/m 1/6 f16 in my hot little hands!

Don't spoil it. This gear is not a static plastic model, it is hungry to absorb the energy of heavy landing. :D:D

RE: s/m 1/6 f16 in my hot little hands!

Hi Rex
You don't need to remove skin of fuse for installing main gear, just remove engine mount and slide main gear in from top hatch.

Try this thin blade saw that with fine teeth, you can use it cut hinges from rudder gap then drill new holes for new hinges. Hope this helpful.
