Ihave a Saito 82 on a profile too.

Try thicker foam underyour fueltank, and attach the tank with rubber bands. Don't compress the foam!

I'm not at home right now, or Icould weigh one for you. Here is a listing of Saito specs, and it shows the 1.50 to develop 2.5 HP vs. 2.2 for the 1.25. Idon't know how much you can rely on those HP...

Castor is a love/hate thing. You either love it or hate it. Me, I'd NEVER run an engine without at least some castor in the fuel mix, especially a new one.
