Sinver, get rid of using down elevator for brakes....it doesnt work on the F-16. The stabs are huge and they lift the back of the jet up and take weight off the wheels, so the brakes are not...

I have 2 smoke tanks in the belly just forward of the forward gear former......one 22 oz and one 24 oz...the 22 is a bit shorter, since I relocated ny nose gear door air cylinder.....
