It's amazing to me that these little engines run pretty well no matter what kind of fuel they are fed. Even an engine that's too lean will survive if not run too long that way. I know some folks...

Running an 18x6 MAS on the 1.25 sounds like a lot of load. I run 18x6 with my 1.80. Just my .02$.

Yeah they do sound good, but I'm still tuning them. Hope to fly today.

One of the guys at the club has a B-17 With 4 Saito 40's. They really sing.
