I would like to second that statement. William Robinson is a real assett to the model industry and takes his own personal time and knowlage to help us when we can not figure things out for ourselves....

Just make sure you purchase QUALITY bearings like Boca bearings,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,know what I mean!!!

Gartwood, thats awsome. Those bearings are the sign of a well maintained engine. It makes you angry to think the tech at Horizon stated the crank would turn.

rear, then front. I have been doing this method for many years. No issues, till I used an aftermarket bearing.

Those bearings are due for replacement at the amount of time they have on them. But from this perspective, its hard to see any pitting or wear on the inner and outer races without a microscope.

Yes, the front bearing is double sealed. The seal is black on the front bearing both sides.
