Hey Guys,
Can anyone confirm the exhaust thread size on the FA-120R3. If it has the FA-40 cylinders it would be a 10x1mm. The 40a has a 9x.75mm.

Pete,
The muffler appears to be a TH12x1A TurboHeader for the Saito 100 and others. The Saito 80 uses the TH12x1B that has a ring machined in the neck to tell them apart. It will probably work okay...

SrT,

You are correct. HH does show the FG-30B uses the 14x1 header pipe and nuts used on the engines you mentioned. I believe this to be in error. I spoke with HH support and they verified what is...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Richard,

The TurboHeader should improve the performance of your 130T and your 65. Send me a PM so we can discuss it.

Rowdyjoe,

I agree with OF. Your are way too rich. As the tank gets lower the engine will lean. The TurboHeader provides a bit more tank pressure which limits this effect. Try retuning and things...

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Dave,

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

Dave,

I like the extension you have on the muffler. Is that a rivet holding it? I hope you are feeling better.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

SrT,

Yes, they do achieve better performance. This is true for all models but the 1.25.
