On your on board glow. Do you leave it on at two clicks up when starting and leave it connected to the on board battery during flight?

You are correct. The 1/2 inch recess 3/8 inch deep is required for the adapter.

If the one on the left will work on the short shat and still leave room for the lock nut, I think that may be the way to go?

You are correct, you can see where the adapter comes thru the washer and leaves about 3/8 of an inch that must inset into the prop hub.

I think you will find that on the short shaft adapter for the 1' shaft the adapter goes through the washer and then sets 3/8 of an inch into the prop hub. This has to be drilled to 1/2 inch dia. 3/8...

I have the 91 Satio with the short adapter from Tru Turn, The inset into the prop is 1/2 ' and 3/8' deep. This is on a prop 3/4' thick. (50%).
