Just got a Cub with a Saito 270 twin in it, last user used a 20x8 Zoar which seems fine but what is the opinion of those that have them of what they use.

This afternoon I flew the Satio 180 on 5% fuel ( it's all I had, ran out of 15% ) that is in mt 150 size Hanger 9 P-51 It has an 18x6 Vess prop on it and turned 8045 rpm's ( the sweet spot ) not to...

Thanks for the info, I'll give the 5% a try but what about oil contenr, is 18% enough?

What does the group feel is a good fuel mix of nitro/oil for a Satio 180 would a low nitro ( 5% )be any better than say a higher ( 15 % ) mix.
