Kind of a dumb question but will I see an increase in performance if I mount a Saito 1.00 sideways instead of upside down?? It runs good inverted, just wondering if there is a difference on the side....

Yah thats exactly what I am looking for. It seems the engine had 3 speeds with my old TX last yr, the new one has curves that I can set up so I want to give it a try..

Do you have to buy a washer set or do you guys just go to the hardware store. I have always run inverted thinking of trying it sideways I imagine there is no difference in performance. Thanks

One other question i have always had two strokes the muffler is starting to get stained on it, dont think i am running it too lean is that just the oil in the fuel doing it.

I have an 82 inverted with the same set up it has backfired twice but it wason start up and i think it was due to over fueling butit didnt throw the prop just loosened the nut.
