I had one back in '66 and it was a reliable machine. As I remember, I traded it for a brand new Kawasaki A7 Avenger, 350cc two stroke. MUCH better speed but, it was like riding a 2x4. :) ...

Hobbsy,
I've successfully used high temp spray paint I bought at the auto parts store. It works great on aluminum and steel but, have never tried it on copper.

Icame up a bit short on exiting the cowl of my H9 DVIIwhen Iinstalled the FA80 w/Turbo Header so, Igrabbed one of those rubber(?)exhaust extenders (Icall 'em slobber tubes) and stuck it on the end...

Irun a 14x6 Xoar on an FA80 high compression and it works just fine. I can't recall the RPM as it's been a while since I tached it but, it hauls my H9 DVII (approx. 9 lbs) around very well.

Just a quick note to let you know how happy Iam with the FA-80 I got from you. As you may recall, Imounted it on an H9 Fokker DVIIand it's a perfect match for that bird. It idles so nice...

Beginning this year (2013) ....any stock two stroke up to and including .65 and any stock 4 stroke up to and including a .95 (it can have a pump) with no superchargers, turbo chargers, pipes, etc....
