Its been a long time form the hinge post , I was wondering , you have probably finished and flown the plane. Right? If you did was they any problem with metal to metal causing radio noise?

What size piano hinge did you guys use on the alierons? 9mm, 12mm or 16mm? I read it some where in the thread but can't find it. I'm buildiing another 1/5 scale waco and I'm ready for the hinges.

Would someone here be able to give me the dimension of the 1/3 scale cowl? I'm scratch building a couple of waco's. One is the 1/5 scale and one that has a 101" wingspan.[X(]

I talked to Ceasr, he has a 1/3 scale WACO YMF-5 with a MVVS 116 that flies great , has plenty of power and I have one of these engines so I am using it in my build. I increase for 30% TO 33% ....

I open the files with my cnc program Mastercam but it would not open in my Autocad progrm , I just haven't fiquered that one out yet . Maybe tomorrow.
