Ok guys! Im not looking for a bunch of inexperianced OPINIONS, just some one to compare settings with that has dealt with this engine

This is a new engine and I havent figured out the settings yet so I am just looking for someone who has run one of these before, so I can compare settings

I just started to break in my 450 radial seems a bit stubborn, runs at half throttle till it loads up and quits. putters at low but doesnt run. This is a new engine and I havent figured out the...
