What really bothers me about the whole thing is being forced to register when I know without a doubt that the FAA will raise the price to play and become more intrusive. This is only the beginning.

At $15,000 can anyone here really afford the "little bigger"? If I had 15K to spend on my hobby I would be more likely to spread it around a little, probably 15 new airplanes. :-)

Read page 2 and realized I'm in the wrong place, my WACO is an ARF. Apparently it's not enough to just love a WACO, you have to build them from a kit or scratch as well. Sorry to muddy up your thread.

It came out at 13 lbs even, right in the middle of the target range. Fly's great, very agile yet very graceful as well. I wish my Super Stearman was as good a flyer.

Yes it is the Gemini Twin 1.60. It's been awhile since I've taken any RPM readings but if I remember correctly I was getting around 8000 - 8500 on a Zinger 16X6 and around 7500 - 8000 on a Graupner...
