You can powder coat them. I powder coated a few sets and have not had any flaking or problems with heat.

Sorry it's 15% Omega, and it may be worth mentioning that I'm at altitude. I did cut about 1/2 inch off the prop tips before it was balanced so it's a 13.5ish prop.

I wonder if you got in touch with Keleo Creations if he couldnt make you a custom exhaust. I have one of his on a P-40 and it's incredible.
