Saito twin 300

Hi, I obtained a Saito twin 300 today that has been idle for many years, it is mounted on a L-19. The question I have is it appears to have a spark advance, I have never seen one on a glow engine...

This is one loooong forum. I'm new here and have a couple of Saito 100s, and a 91.
