Use interior flat latex and then a coat or two of clear butyrate dope. Works great and makes a nice finish. Don

Yes, The full scale stitching is 3". Tapes go around all the edges and anywhere the fabric would chafe on underlying structure. The wing should be 11/2" spacing in the propeller arc and 3" outboard....
