I used 125 ounce metal gear servos on all control surfaces. Putting a turbine on mine so put full size servos on all control surfaces.

Some triangle stock and a little hysol isn't a bad idea to reinforce the mount plates. In particular the front plate. Not much holding that one in there.

A elcheapo 4 inch stove pipe (about 5 bucks) and a couple of 2 x 4 scraps will work fine. The stove pipe will withstand hot starts with no proplem. Trust me I have tested it. :D

Without the tube in the way 2 32oz and a 40oz dubro tanks will fit.

A piece of 4 inch elcheapo stove pipe works very well. Just have to make something to hold it at the right height. I would think that the flex hose wouldn't take any serious heat and or flame and...
