No laser cutting, it's all hand cut with fine 'Stainley" blade knife and each cut and corners smooth out with fine sandpaper taking hours and hours of loving labor....

TX, that's my aim, to fly it as slow as possible, the trick is to keep the AUW down and pick the dead calm conditions. For covering I use kitchen Glad Wrap, or more expensive Mylar....
