If a person needs a right angle flex pipe on a 100T, he can use the flex pipes for a 60T

The Saito 100Ti has 10mm mufflers and so does the 60T, 80T, 90T, 90TS, and 100T

Oof. So it will only fit the Saito 56 and 62.....

There was a thread on RCU where somene would straighten a bent crank for free. Apparently he enjoyed the challenge. If you are interested, I will try to find the thread/contact. Please advise.

Yes, I can straighten the crankshaft.
Send the crankcase with the bearings still in it
and the crankshaft, with return postage to:

Hi all:

I have a Satio 180 GK that was in my DP Ultimate. Unfortunately, the plane did not survive a left wingtip stall from about 25 feet up. The plane came in at about 70 degrees and broke the prop and folded the wings. As a result, I'm wondering what the acceptable run out is on the crankshaft. I have mine on a dial indicator and I'm indicating 5 thousandths of an inch run out. What is the acceptable amount that is still within tolerance? Thanks!

I'm looking for the "Carb Screw/Spr Set:B,D-J,II,JJ by Saito Engines" (Saito Part number 5090A).

Mostly, I need the two carb screws that hold the carb to the rear cover.

This part is out of stock at Horizon until early November.
Anyone know the actual size/threads of these screws?
I would hope I could find them somewhere else before November.

Thanks for any help.

Regards,
Mike

If you have one of the screws, or a screw that threads into the hole for which you need screws, go to your local Ace or Tru Value hardware store. They have pull out bins of almost every hardware part you can need, including metric bolts and screws and washers and nuts. Match up your bolt to one they have and then select the length from their selection. If you have no screws, take your engine and find a screw that fits. Be careful, some SAE and metric are close enough they seem to fit, but will strip out if tightened. Pick a scrw that feels right and not sloppy. Good luck.

Sinmcerely, Richard

2 guys at the field teamed up on me arguing how 2 strokes were better in every respect and used less fuel to boot.

If they are going to double team you. That's their problem. Cut them loose. They will never know what they are missing?

Mike;
You should have told them you would give them a $100 for each and put them out of their misery. Then you would have both been happy!!
