Guys,, the SU27 with vector.. need extra weight in the nose for balance? or with batteries you can get the correct CG?

the Su-27 VT version CG in the rear than SU-30 VT version ,so only little extra weight in the nose cone, my Su-27 (without the VT) not need extra weight in the nose.,

I need some tips about SU setup.. the manual dont show where to measure the elevator and aileron...

You can find some nice info on the video from Essential RC and the model from Steve :
Otherwise, just send me a whatsapp, I'll be glad to help if you have any questions.

EDIT :
On page 24 of the manual, you have the neutral of the elevators :
