Did you guys know that Nick offers wheel wells for the Turbinator? In case you don't want to build your own wells like I did.

I will be trying this thickened epoxy call six10, by West Systems, drying time is around 5 hours, recommend by Ron from the 125% Turbinator build, it's like hysol epoxy but it comes in a tube that can be dispensed with a caulk gun, you get 6.5 oz. Per tube at $25 from the local West Marine store. the Hysol tubes that we all use only have 1.7 oz. at $17

The plans shows a 3 6/8" inner diameter wheel well for 3" main gear, the wheel wells in my wing are 3 1/2" because the wheel that I'm using are 2 3/4 ish ( I'm also giving me room in case I use the 3" wheels later ) I think they are airpower so, metric. I made the wheel wells according to the wheel size I'm using, if you fly off a grass field then you may want to go to 3" or 4" for befter handling off grass runways.
I took a moment to look at the picture of the wing plans and you can see that in order to go bigger than 3" you'll have to move the main gear mounts closer to the main spar, a note about the mounts, it is best to make the mount longer to spread the twisting load from side loads during landings, the last thing you want with your new airplane is to have it damage on its first landing, just ask Ron how he knows

Hello.
I have some pictures from the construction of this kit, these days I try to post them here.
Initially I wanted to do two pieces wing, but I changed my mind.
However I decided to make two pieces of horizontal tail assembly, removable.

Yes, the middle of the horizontal tail assembly is glued in the fuselage.
Two horizontal tail and middle assemblies are mounted a sleeve of carbon 10 mm for to be inserted in the carbon tube with a diameter of 10 mm.

Very ingenuous, I noticed that you build your plane from a laser cut kit, did they cut the CF spar hole in the ribs for you or did you do it yourself? I also noticed that you went with a pull-pull system for the rudder, how is that working out for you?
Thank you for posting pictures of your build and mods.

I haven't work on mine since I build the main parts, I had a few gas projects to complete and some nitros, now I'm on training on a new job so, not much time to work on it but the time is getting closer to continue the work, I say it will be ready around the end of the year.
So many projects, so little time
