You should be fine with the 105oz tank and there is also room for a smoke tank in-front of bulkhead 6, like a 40oz dubro tank, I was going to do some changes on the servo set up but decided not to since the ones flying are doing just fine with the set up per the plans.

Nice work. My lazer lizard kit came today. Got the plans a few days ago. Waiting on the balsa usa shipment. I'm looking foreward to building this one. I have't really built anything in a while. The arf stuff has spoiled me.

RE: 2008 the year of the Turbinator
Well I've started on a Turbinator this weekend. However, it's not mine. A friend bought the plans and had them reduced. He asked if I would build it up. So, I figured I would practice on his then build mine
I started Friday night with a couple hours, and on and off Saturday and today. I have the fuse pretty far along. It does build quickly but since this one was scaled down, there are several things getting in the way. I had to rip down most of the stick stock to fit properly. I'm nearly ready to start the hatch and sheet the front. I have more wood coming. The first order from Balsa USA was for mine but I used it on this on. I made another order from National Balsa. It should arrive the first of the week.
Like alot of people, I haven't done a real build in quite awhile. Kinda cool to do it again.

Looking good Randy. Glad to see sev. builds going on. Keith (K12rc) has a good one going on. He is ready to glass his. There are two birds like this I don't think you can go wrong with building. This turbinator (have a kit) and the Jet Mach 60 Sport. I have one of these coming. I think I'm gonna build the Jet Mach first and then on to the Turb. Anyways Car's, Randy and Keith all are looking good.

Don't think you'll have enough power with the Wren 44. How much thrust do you have? It needs the thrust of at least a P-60 for power. I have flown mine with a P-120 turned down to 18 lbs of thrust and it is nice; a P-70 would be perfect.

Randy; That will be great then. Nick just left town on Thursday to go back to Fla. for a while. He and I have talked about scaling up his edf one to 60 inches and I have the plans blown up. Who cut your kit?

Laser design service cut the smaller one. My regular size one was cut by laser lizard.
I have the fuse complete incl the hatch. Just finished the rudder. I'll do the stab next then on to the wings.
