Actually I started cutting parts over 5 years ago. Laminated the main spar at least 3 years ago.
My TF 182 is 8 years old and I haven't finished yet.

Get one of those cheap plastic protractors like...

Get one of those cheap plastic protractors like we had in school and put it on the plans flat side on the gear leg and let the plans tell you the angle.
