Sorry to mention as i know you are not done but it is a good idea to safety wire all the tubes where they go over the nipples. Air bubbles would be deadly.

You need to warm up the tube with a heat gun and put some oil on the brass tube and work it over. On all connections use wire to make sure there would not be air going through.

I converted a stinger 90 4 years ago to P 20 and it has been great. I think it would be good with Xicoy 45 but the space for fuel tank is a little tight. I still fly it at every chance off the grass....
