Once cut, circle and surrounding mask, taped together, moved into position w/ small hole in center to locate pencil mark on wing. Paper backing left in place to ease removal.

3-D printed 7 cyl. Sakae faux cylinder facade ( thanks Joe Martinez! ) taped to clear plastic backing to check inner cowl fit. Plastic will be used to see where cowl to engine mount attachments will be made and all final measurements, etc. will be transferred to final 1/8th ply backing, then cemented to cowl permanently.

Screen's perimeter med. C/A'd in register and placed over form and edges bent over. Everything clamped in place to maintain shape. Form will later be used to push screen into frame in background & then glued in place after frame is cemented inside cowl chin.
