If you are waiting for the electric gear it will come with a GS200 Electron controller, use the sequencer in that and not the 28x. The time you have there is not long enough.
I always use PT-40...

OK. I'm with you, I like the Super Servo Nylon arm and not ever had an issue, it was just the mix. Like Mark says the wing was designed for scale internal linkages.

Only question is why metal control horn on Ailerons and plastic on Flap? I'd have gone the other way around with a large flap and more...
