My 30cc sized R3 was a rocket with the DLE 55. Add smoke to it will really help make it stand out

Ok I got a ton of flights. My CG is 123mm from the front of the wing where the wheel paints are on 30cc plane with BME50

I measure it upside down with no fuel or smoke.

If you need nose weight Vess and Hobbyking sell a balancing plate that gose outside the prop with a bunch of holes so you can put Allen cap screws to help get rid of vibrations

I have the 30cc from GP Modles and I love it. Put 11 flights on it this weekend and used up a whole gallon smoke fuel with a BME 50cc 22x8 prop

GPM has been there for me any time I needed anything...

I removed the wire gear struts and covered the entire (inside) of the wheelpant with carbon fiber. I was thinking about bending some 3/16 wire to match the existing strut and brazing them togather....

I used 4-40 pull pull cable on each side of the legs wires. Glued in some hard wood in wing to secure it to. Works. Very well

The 30cc rocks. Mine started with DLE55 best prop 21x10
Then need the motor for something eles and put a BME 50. A little more heavy but I put a smoke system in Wich made it CG great.

Un less its a photo issue, You seem to have had the same mistake as I had. if you read my earlyer post. (even thow mine was 30cc)

Your left wheel pant dose not look completly strate with the body....

Well I just want to put my last update out there. If you are looking at the 30cc GeeBee, I just wanted to say a DLE 55 is a pefect motor for this bird. (Not saying the DLE 30 would not be sweet)
